Goods Acceptance Procedure
Waste at the production facility is placed in tightly closed, covered containers. It is transported to our plant by Iungo transport.
The vehicle is equipped with GPS with current location tracking.
Unloading and storage take place in a covered and locked hall.
Full support in the BDO system. We issue a Waste Transfer Note (KPO) at the time of collection.
Preliminary Destruction
Preliminary product destruction involves mixing it with other waste of the same code and type.
At this stage, products can still be identified but are no longer suitable for further use.
Mechanical Shredding
The next stage involves shredding the waste so that the packaging and its contents are cut multiple times.
Creation of Two Waste Streams
At the next stage, the process separates the material into two fractions:
Stream 1
Shredded content waste
(e.g. bread, organic mass)
Stream 2
Shredded packaging waste
(plastics, paper)
